시놉시스

웹상에서 창의적인 재능을 보여주는 미국계 네덜란드인인 열다섯 안네힌의 이야기. 그녀는 자신이 작업한 사적이고 예술적인 사진들로 인스타그램에 672,000명이 넘는 팔로워를 보유하고 있다. 한 온라인 TV 채널에서는 그녀의 재능을 높이 사 방송에도 출연하게 된다. 이런 성공이 그녀 자신과 그녀가 작업하는 사진들에 어떤 영향을 미칠까?

  For me everywhere children are the same: the most important, the most open, unspoiled and honest people in the world. That's why I like to work with them. My main motivation to make documentaries with and for children is to give children a podium, a place to be heard and seen. In my films I don't want to judge or create the feeling by the audience that children are pathetic, on the contrary , I show the power and flexibility of children, unless or thanks to the situation they live in. I think sharing stories is essential in the world we live in to get to know each other to create the possibility to understand and respect each other. I think a personal documentary is a very suitable way to share stories.

‘안네힌’은 아침에 눈을 뜨면 인스타그램의 게시물에 ‘좋아요’를 누른 숫자를 확인한다. 이미 80만 명의 팔로워를 가진 ‘안네힌’은 셀프 촬영한 자신의 사진을 가지고 상상을 보태고 창의적인 꾸밈을 통해 환상적인 느낌의 사진을 만들어 낸다. 이제 15살이지만 많은 팔로워 숫자로 사회적 관심도 많다. 심지어 어느 대기업의 제안도 받게 된다. 하지만 온라인에서 ‘안네힌’과 오프라인에서 ‘안네힌’은 다른 모습이다. 소셜 네트워크에 올리는 사진 작업을 위해 거리에서 필요한 포즈를 취하는 ‘안네힌’은 거침이 없고 당당하다. 반면에 일상에서 ‘안네힌’은 수줍음을 많이 타고 부모님을 무시하기도 하며 친구보다 사진에 빠져 지낸다. 묘하게 겹치는 우리나라 또래들의 소셜 네트워크 사진들과 비교하면 ‘안네힌’의 활동은 놀랍고 사랑스럽다.
