Synopsis

'The ones who don't remember the past will be condemned to live it again.' is a documentary about remembering the civilians who were sacrificed by the Korean army during the Vietnam War. Through the recollection of survivors who have yet to come to terms with the horrible memories, testifies to the madness and the savagery of wars.

  1971년 출생. 1998년부터 서울영상집단에서 활동하고 있다. <노래로 태양을 쏘다-스크린쿼터 사수 투쟁의 기록>(1999)을 촬영, 편집했으며 <주민등록증을 찢어라!>(2001) ,를 연출한 바 있다. 이 작품은 2001서울독립영화제 ‘독불장군상’ 을 수상했다.
