Synopsis

In Yongsan in Seoul, tenants displaced by a new urban redevelopment policy were driven from their homes. In defiance of the policy, they set up a watch tower on the top of the 'namildang' building. When the Special Weapons and Tactics Team (SWAT) stormed their position, five tenants and one police officer died. It was a tragic disaster.
