Synopsis

Although everyone says that they oppose war, war is ever-present, and we are almost constantly on a battlefield. Residents of Palestine literally make their homes on a battlefield, and discuss their feelings and experiences of it. At the same time, soldiers dispatched to Iraq talk about their experiences there. Although these stories may seem unrelated, there are points where their detailed experiences intersect.

  <변방에서 중심으로> (1997)의 연출부를 시작으로 서울영상집단 회원으로 활동하고 있다. 첫 번째 연출작 <녹색 발자국> (2001) 이후 현재에도 여러 프로젝트에 연출 및 촬영으로 참여하며 지속적인 다큐멘터리 작업을 해오고 있다. <전장에서 나는>은 2007부산국제영화제 및 다수의 영화제에서 상영되었으며 2007서울독립영화제에서 관객상을 수상하였다.
